GREAT idea. What do you think?

so i had this idea that i should start doing beaded watch band making parties... what do you all think of that idea? I want to get some feed back to see if it is a good idea or a crazy idea any way let me know your oppinion. Thanks for everything. Hope to hear what you think.

Beads

I love making jewelry. My favorite as of lately has been those really cute beaded watch bands. Although I do not wear them my grandma, mom, and sisters all do. :) So when i go to my moms house on the weekends I usually bring all my beading stuff and we make watch bands its really fun. Those watches are also a great way to dress up any outfit. I think my mom has about 20 by now although i havn't counted them recently but every time i go to her house i bring her more. some of the ones in my picture are ones we made on my most recent trip down. As you can see i make a very wide variety. Its lots of fun.

These are a few of my favorite things...

There are a few things a really love and right now fabric is at the top of the list. Well of my hobbies any way. Today I am working on recieving blankets you know the really cute flannel ones with the crochet edges. I really enjoy making those and I know a few people who are having babies in the near future so I thought that might be a good project to work on. I also recently learned how to make the cute mitered edge blankets so i might make a few of those too. I am also thinking about donating some of them to Primary Childrens Hospital for the babies but i am not sure how to go about that yet so i will just make them and stash them till i can find out more about that idea... I always have about a million ideas floating around in my head. Usually they come to me in the middle of the night or when I am trying to fall asleep. Lately they have been about beads, scrapbooking, and fabric. Which pretty much sums up all the crafts I really like to do. Any way i will post some pics of some of the fun things i have done lately i hope you enjoy them.

day one

Ok today is the first day of my actual working blog. I am really excited i hope that it works out well. I am not sure where to start so maybe i will start with my latest project.
Chelsea's curtains
chelsea is my two year old cousin. Her parents just got their very first house...Yipee... and they asked me to help them by making curtians for her room. Needless to say i was so thrilled i love crafting as i have already mentioned in my profile and now i have a good excuse to be creative and crafty. Her mom picked out this great floral eyelet fabric for the main curtian and a really cute embroidered piece for a valance. I cant wait to get started... so i am off to start on my new project hope they turn out cute:)
